  • stay hydrated (especially after you finish!)

  • wear comfortable yet supportive workout clothing (especially bras and shoes)

  • move at your own pace and take a break when you need one

  • use challenging weights but focus on working at a level 5 - 6 on a scale from 1 - 10.

  • have fun and do this more than once if you feel up to it!
