- dry, flaky skin 
- migraine headaches 
- dark/rusty urine color 
- hunger you just can’t satisfy (sooo annoying!) 
- brain fog / exhaustion

DOS
- only drink water (sparkling water counts!) 
- grab a reusable bottle 
- use a straw! it’s easier and more convenient (and studies show you drink more vs not using one) 
- shoot for 64 oz per day 
- aim to drink a full serving of water before every meal 
- add fruit or herbs to your water 
- set reminders on your phone to drink up (i’ll remind you too!) 
- replace sugary drinks, coffee, and teas with water whenever possible 
DON’TS
- drink anything other than water😀
