
Vegan Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients
- 2 cups organic powdered sugar
- 3 heaping tbsp coconut cream
- 1 stick vegan butter (sticks work best)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz dairy-free chocolate chips, melted and cooled
- (if you don't have chocolate chips, you may also use 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder)
Instructions
- to a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, add all ingredients (room temperature works best)
- blend very well with your stand or hand mixer until super smooth (approx. 90 seconds or more)
- frost your cake and try not to eat all the icing as is! good luck :)
