NOTES:

edible and yummy right away, but if you give it at least 2 hours plus in the fridge the filling will get slightly firmer, thicker, and richer! enjoy parfait style with crushed graham crackers, fresh fruit, toasted nuts, or granola.

*if little beads of cold cream cheese form in your batter, just keep mixing!  they will eventually blend in.
