Double Chocolate Cake Brownie

prep time: 7 minscook time: 37 minstotal time: 44 mins

for my double chocolate lovas! gluten, dairy, and guilt-free.

ingredients:

cake brownie batter

instructions:

  1. preheat oven to 325 and coat a 9x9 pan with no-stick cooking spray
  2. add all ingredients except chocolate chips to your high powdered blender and blend until super smooth, at least 60-120 seconds. stop blender once or twice to scrap down the sides of your blender with a spatula before continuing 
  3. remove blade from your blender and add half of the chocolate chips to your batter so you don't dirty up a mixing bowl
  4. pour batter into a prepared pan  and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips on top
  5. bake for 35-37 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean

NOTES:

few things:

a high powdered is recommended! if you're making your own oat flour, you'll need your oats ground as fine as possible.  unless you are fine with bits of oats inside the final product (some people are) then buy your oat flour pre-ground. 

oven times and temps vary; keep checking on your brownie cake towards the end of the cooking time to ensure it doesn't burn.
