
Cinnamon Waffles
Ingredients
waffle batter
- 2 cups GF rolled oats
- 1 spotted banana
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- add all ingredients to your high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- cook up in your waffle maker according to the instructions; my mini waffle maker usually takes about 2 - 2.5 minutes each.
- add your fave waffle toppings and enjoy!
