ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs brussels sprouts  
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • garlic salt to taste
  • cracked black pepper to taste 
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp liquid aminos 

instructions:

How to cook Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

  1. set oven to 400 degrees.
  2. halve brussels sprouts and rinse them thoroughly. 
  3. into a large mixing bowl, add brussels sprouts, 2 tbsp olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper.
  4. toss and coat brussels sprouts and spread them out on a prepared baking sheet.
  5. bake for 25 - 27 minutes.
  6. remove from oven (while hot) and place brussels back into large mixing bowl.
  7. add remaining oil, liquid aminos, and balsamic vinegar.
  8. toss to coat!
  9. eat :)
