Homemade Healthy Granola

  1. preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. prepare a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil and coat it with no stick cooking spray
  3. mix dry ingredients together well in a large mixing bowl. mix wet ingredients together well in a small mixing bowl
  4. drizzle the wet mixture over the dry and combine well; spread mixture into a flat layer on your prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes 
  5. remove from oven and stir mixture around; place pan back in and bake for 20 more mintues
  6. set your broiler to low but make sure your pan is on the bottom shelf and watch it like a hawk! the mixture hardens and crisps as it cools. 

NOTES:

keeps for up to 2 weeks when kept in an air-tight container at room temperature.
