  • 1/2 cup frozen beets
  • 5 medium frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 in block of raw ginger
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or 100% apple juice

  1. combine all ingredients in your high powered and BLEND until smooth!
  2. I've been using this blender for over 3 years now and i absolutely recommend it.
