easy, creamy, plant-based fruit & veggie smoothie!

ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1.5 - 2 cups unsweetened vanilla cashew milk
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla 
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed 

instructions:

  1. blend together in your high powered blender until super smooth and creamy. 

NOTES:

a high powered blender works for the best, creamiest consistency.  (i use a ninja)
