How to cook Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites

  1. combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. let mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes in the freezer first so rolling is tons easier
  3. foil or set out wax paper on a large baking pan
  4. form mixture into bite sized balls with your hands
  5. place bites onto baking sheet then into the fridge (or freezer = faster) to harden
  6. enjoy chilled in about an hour!
