Easy Air Fryer Nuggets

crispy, tender, juicy air-fried, dairy-free yumminess! kid & adult friendly.
ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, raw, 1 in cubes
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp organic garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp organic black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup vegan Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegan parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp organic paprika
instructions:
- preheat your air fryer to 400
- to a large mixing bowl, add chicken chunks and coconut aminos and let sit for at least 10 min
- add remaining ingredients into the chicken chunks bowl and combine, coating the chicken well
- add chunks to your fryer basket in batches; make sure they are not touching
- cook nuggets for 4 minutes; stop, shake the basket, and cook for 4 more minutes
